Duty Managers are a requirement of all public events in the Great Hall, regardless of the size of your event.
A Duty Manager is required to start an hour before your event and leave once all the events audiences have left and, where appropriate, the building is secured.
If you wish to provide your own Duty Manager, the nominated personnel and your event ushers must attend a training session and sign relevant documentation at one of the termly Volunteer Duty Manager training sessions.
Bar & Catering
The Lancaster Arts Café Bar caters for a variety of occasion and audiences. It is a bustling hub for events and performances and creates a welcoming and social atmosphere for all involved.
Lancaster Arts has its own café bar in the foyer area, which can provide refreshments for any size of audience. We can tailor special drinks offers to your events, take advance orders for interval refreshments and serve for VIP receptions.
Box Office & Marketing
The Lancaster Arts Box Office supports your event with an outstanding professional ticketing service and online marketing. You can also benefit from this service if you are holding your event off-campus.
Your Box Office and Marketing package includes:
- Professional Box Office and staff on the night of your performance
- Professional online listings on lancasterarts.org
- Printed ticketing service
- 24-hour secure online sales
- Phone or in person ticket sales during Box Office opening hours
- Merchandise sales online
- Inclusion of your event in L.A. email marketing communications
- Listings via L.A. social media channels
The Box Office package also includes one member of Box Office staff for two hours on the night of your first event, to provide a professional sales and ticket-collection service.
