As it is often the case, Live At LICA are currently preparing for a busy summer, working with a wide range of artists in developing what we feel are some of the most exciting projects around.
I thought I would take advantage of the announcement of this year’s DIY artist’s workshops to list a few of the current opportunities available to artists and arts professionals.
Starting with the most pressing deadline (this Thursday), Lancaster Arts Partners are seeking a Creative Producer and a Marketing Manager for First Fridays following the successful outcome of an application to Arts Council England.
In parallel, Live At LICA will be facilitating a paid placement for an assistant creative producer thanks to a partnership with Lancaster University’s Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. This opportunity is available to current LU students or recent LU graduates.
May I also remind you that you can still visit What Is Left? Until 16th June
Please do also keep an eye on our artist support pages as we will soon be publishing a call for participants for a project with Daniel Bye as well further information and invitation to works in progress by artists in residence such as Jonathan Coleman, Neil Callaghan & Simone Kenyon, and TURN prize winner Jo Ashbridge.
Please do not hesitate to get in touch for further information on any of those projects.
