Seating Plans

Theatre / Dance Events
Events that are held in the Nuffield Theatre tend to be unreserved seating (i.e. you are not allocated an exact seat number).

However for events held in the Great Hall (mainly our Concerts programme) the seats are reserved and you will be allocated a seat number.  You can select your exact seat preference when you book online or call the box office.  Click here to download the 2015/16 Season's seating plans or click here for the seating plans without performance information.

A 10% concession discount (on Standard & Web Saver tickets only) applies to senior’s (over 60s) unemployed / disabled people / wheelchair users (essential companions). We also have a separate rate for under 26s.

ID will be required on collection of tickets – therefore advance concessions tickets must be collected in person.

Web Advance Tickets
Our Web Advance tickets are on sale (online only) until the day before the performance or event.  After this time 'standard' rate tickets will be available via the web site or by calling 01524 594151.

Whether you book online or in person, we accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express or Diners Cards.

Refunds and Exchanges
There is a no-refund policy unless a performance has been cancelled. Exchanges may be offered if the box office is contacted more than 24 hours in advance.  Please note all Web Saver tickets are non refundable. We are unable to reserve seats without payment.

Group (School) Bookings
Special ticket deals are available for groups including school parties. Please contact the box office on 01524 594151 for further information.

The Box Office can be found within the Peter Scott Gallery. The Box Office will be staffed between 12-2pm and from 90minutes before the performance on performance days only. If you would like to contact a member of the Box Office team, please call 01524 594151 (open Tuesday-Friday 12noon-5pm). An answerphone operates outside these times - please leave your name and daytime telephone number and we will ring you back.
