However for events held in the Great Hall (mainly our Concerts programme) the seats are reserved and you will be allocated a seat number. You can select your exact seat preference when you book online or call the box office. We use three seating plans for our concerts programme, which you can view within this pdf.
We don't charge any transaction or booking fees when you book online.
Collecting Your Tickets
You'll be able to collect your tickets from the Lancaster Arts Bar (within the Great Hall Foyer). If you are unsure please ask an usher on the evening.
A 10% concession discount (on Standard & Web Advance tickets only) applies to senior’s (over 60s) unemployed / disabled people / wheelchair users (essential companions). We also have a separate rate for students and Under 26s.
ID will be required on collection of tickets – therefore advance concessions tickets must be collected in person.

Print at Home Tickets
For the majority of our events you can now select a 'Print at Home' ticket. You can either show us the barcode via your mobile device or print it out. If you do opt to print your tickets please do not resize the paper - this will ensure the barcode and images can be read by our scanners.
Whether you book online or in person, we accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express or Diners Cards.
Refunds and Exchanges
There is a no-refund policy unless a performance has been cancelled. Exchanges may be offered if the box office is contacted more than 24 hours in advance. Please note all Web Advance tickets are non refundable. We are unable to reserve seats without payment.
