OPEN: Advice for Artists

This event is part of OPEN

What would you say to guide or motivate a new artist?

The Future (artist-centred development collective) asked 16 artists at varying stages of their career, what advice or encouragement they would give to new artists and/or recent graduates.

They received generous responses from every maker, director, practitioner and/or performer they asked.

The responses are diverse and each one has been carefully designed by graphic designer, Lisa Mattocks, into a individual typographic print.

About 'The Future'

The Future is run by a collective of independent producers, administrators and project managers.
