Petr Limonov to perform following Anna Tsybuleva postponement

Lancaster Arts is thrilled to welcome Petr Limonov to the Great Hall on Thursday 19 October, following the postponement of our concert with Anna Tsybuleva.

Due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control Anna is no longer able to perform, but we look forward to welcoming her back to Lancaster Arts in the future.

We are very grateful to Petr for his kindness in performing at such short notice and we are sure his programme will excite our concert audiences. You may remember his exquisite concerts at the Priory in 2019 and 2021.

Petr’s programme is a journey through works by Orlando Gibbons, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Franz Schubert, Franz Liszt, and Frédéric Chopin, and offers a fascinating meditation on solitude through different composers and epochs; the first half played in the same key (A Minor) and the second half, in every possible key. Quite an original and exciting concept.

To find out more about Petr Limonov and the pieces he will be playing visit the event page on our website here.

All ticket holders for Anna Tsybuleva’s concert have been contacted and those tickets will remain valid for our concert with Petr. If you had a ticket to Anna Tsybuleva but have not received an email ,please contact the box office at boxoffice@lancasterarts.org and we will be happy to help.
