What happens when you follow a question and see where it takes you? 

Over the summer, three artist and researcher pairs have been exploring questions together. Now they're bringing their experiments into the Festival of Dissent on 5 September, inviting you to step inside and see what happens. 

UNARCHITECTS 

What kind of building do we have inside us? 

Benjamin Dalton and Nicola Dale invite you to explore this question. Together, they'll invent a kind of architecture without blueprint or design brief. They'll build blindfolded, while you give them instructions. What will take shape?

What Happened to the Magic? 

Our attention is being pulled in many directions, with constant access to easy answers leaving little space to just sit with our questions. 

How might focusing our attention differently let wonder back in? 

In the installation, put on some headphones, focus on a voice and see what questions emerge for you. 

You might find yourself wondering how you'd respond. Or you might just sit with the questions.
