Kafountine Print open studio - talk by Trevor Pollard starts 3.50pm
Presented at Iron Press Printmaking Studio (The Storey) as part of Afrika Eye North Festival
Join us at Iron Press for an open studio including talk by artist Trevor Pollard about the Kafountine Lino Printing project, which he established in 2013.You will also hear about the work of the Kafountine Print Collective, an artist group established through the project making prints inspired by ideas deeply rooted in their West African culture, beliefs, rituals and day to day lives. Prints by the collective will be on display and Trevor will be available in the space to discuss the project throughout the event.
