Creating Work for Non-Arts Spaces
Please join us for a conversation that is part of our #BreathingSpace programme. Joining us will be artists from Nova Scotia to Morecambe who create and present work in places that you might not expect to find art – from the street to libraries to shops. Practitioners have been developing work in non-arts spaces for decades. As lockdown restrictions are slowly being lifted across the world, this is an opportune time to be learning from this practice. In our ever-shifting cultural landscape, this webinar will reflect on what works, what doesn’t and what matters about this approach to art in our communities.
Participants are encouraged to exchange thoughts and ideas during this informal discussion which avoids a traditional panel approach. Don’t forget to bring a cuppa!
