The Tuesday Talks programme has been developed in collaboration with Lancaster Institute for the Contemporary Arts at Lancaster University.
Artist Morwenna Morrison draws on a rich array of art historical and contemporary images, as well as personal narratives and philosophical ideas, to explore our complicated relationship to individual and collective pasts, presents and futures. Her complex, conceptually layered paintings ultimately reflect a common desire to understand ourselves and our place in society and history.
