Artist, Hannah Rowan joins us this week for our online Tuesday Talk.
Our Tuesday Talk series invites artists to share original films around what ‘in the studio’ means to them. Each short film will be followed by a live Q&A discussion about the artist’s work and topics raised in the film. The talk programme is taking place online and has been developed in collaboration with the LICA Fine Art department at Lancaster University.
Hannah Rowan is an interdisciplinary artist based in London, UK. She studied MA Sculpture at the Royal College of Art, London and BA (hons) Fine Art at Central Saint Martins, London. Rowan’s practice is rooted in the connections between bodies of water, ecological systems, geology and technology. Her work extends into installation, land-based performance, video and sound. It is informed by research in remote environments such as the Atacama Desert and the High Arctic.
