Leo Burtin - The Midnight Soup

The Midnight Soup is about losing someone you love, to themselves.

It is about remembering, and it is about moving forward.

The Midnight Soup will be presented at a dinner table. Over the course of an intimate performance meal, Leo will explore the complexities of suicide in older people, starting with the very personal, and slowly inviting a broader conversation. At its core, The Midnight Soup is about making visible something we would often prefer to hide.
The Midnight Soup is an experiment in sharing, in storytelling and in making a space for thinking about something complex, together.

Leo is also running a free workshop where you will have the opportunity to gain a practical insight into his making process.
