Mill Race: Flow of Change
2021 to 2024
The Mill Race: Flow of Change cultural programme highlighted the remarkable story of a waterway called the mill race which flows through the city of Lancaster and gave rise to the early industrialisation of the city in the 1600’s. The programme was funded by Historic England, Lancaster City Council and Lancaster University and worked with 41 artists in 18 commissions.
