Join us for our free artist conversation programme. Artists making exciting work across a range of media will be joined by researchers or those working in relevant fields to discuss the ideas, themes and questions driving their work. This programme is interactive and we encourage audiences to join in the conversations.
Our first conversation of the season welcomes Parham Ghalamdar.
Parham is an Iranian-British multidisciplinary artist and filmmaker, whose work traces forgotten mythologies, buried philosophies, and visual ruins. His practice moves between material work and moving image to examine war and exile, belief and technology. Approaching dissent through its root sense offeeling or thinking apart, his work questions the systems through which violence and history gain visibility.
