Make way for Mother's Ruin: Hear Me Roar! - a celebration of ferocious female talent in all its forms, as part of March 2015 First Friday: 'Hear Me Roar!' Feminist Festival.
Mother's throwing an unpredictable party in a Lancaster pub with pop-up performances showcasing female artists working in music, comedy, drag and cabaret. With DJs playing an eclectic and danceable soundtrack to A Clockwork Orange mashed into Amanda Lear, Visage into Tina Turner, George Clinton into The Slits.
A fierce concoction throughout the night featuring:

Mother's Ruin has been programming and curating alternative, queer and feminist performances for over 6 years in nationally recognised venues like Contact Theatre, Manchester Royal Exchange, Islington Mill and greenroom. This is Mother's first foray into Lancaster and promises to be a night to remember!
