What is a 21st century art centre?

The central question of Open 2015 will be our focus with a group of leading curators and academics on Thursday 30 April. A discussion group will take place in the Peter Scott Gallery and feature four presentations by:

  • Francis McKee
(Director, CCA Glasgow/Research Fellow, Glasgow School of Art)

  • Marie-Anne McQuay
    (Head of Programme, the Bluecoat)

  • Irini Papadimitriou
    (Digital Programmes Manager, V&A)

  • Charles Quick & Elaine Speight
(Curators, In Certain Places/Professor of Public Art Practice & Research Associate, University of Central Lancashire)

We’d like you to join us; you can become part of the discussion or simply listen to some art professionals at the forefront of their field.

The event is scheduled to run 2 – 4.30pm, however, if you want to continue the discussion you can simply grab another drink with the Live at LICA team and keep talking…
